Darryl---Thanks for the advice on the seams for the xtra large bag. What do you think of making said bag by seaming pcs across the width of the bag. Do you think the double lapping of the vinyl would present a leakage problem? thanks again

Oswald,Seaming across the width is the only way to do it as you do not want any lap seams coming out to the end of the bag where you need to put the closures on. The problem is the lap seams going across the bag meeting the edge seams down the bag. This is the area you will have to work on so the bag does not leak.
