I was in the local Rockler store to get some extended open time PVA glue when I noticed the Titebond Cold Press for Veneer glue they had in one gallon containers for about $22. Has anybody had any experience with it? Titebond is touting its characteristic of less bleed thtough as a big advantage. From what I can find out on the Titebond website, the open time is about 15 minutes.

Stumper,Titebond cold press glue will give you a little more open working time and bleeds through a bit less. It is still a basic PVA and not on the same level as a Urea Resin glue. If you are using a PVA glue already Titebond cold press glue will work as well.SincerelyDarryl Keil: I was in the local Rockler store to get some extended open time PVA : glue when I noticed the Titebond Cold Press for Veneer glue they had : in one gallon containers for about $22.
