Brian,Considering what you are making and its size you should be ok veneering just the outside. You never have to veneer both sides, I just try to consider what it is, how big it is and how it will be used.As far as the bladder goes your cube tables would be an ideal use. You figure the size you will need by taking the internal circumference and divide by two. So an 18x18x18 cube has an internal circumference of 66" in both directions, divided by two is 33". So you would need at least a 33"x33" bladder. Our closest size to this is a 36"x84" bladder. Dont worry about the extra, it can just hang out the end.SincerelyDarryl Keil: Daryl, I was asked recently to construct 15 cube tables for a bar in : town. They are appox. 18" X 18" square and 16" to 18" tall. I am : planning to veneer all sides but the bottom (leave it open). Two : questions. 1.) Is it absolutely necessary to veneer both sides of : each pannel even though you won't see the inside of the table? I : would like to build the boxes out of 3/4 industrial grade : particleboard instead of MDF; then veneer two sides of the table at : once in the vaccum. 2.)Would this be a good application for the air-: form bladder and what size would it have to be? : Thanks
