Dear Jerry,Yes, I think so although I would like to talk with you directly so we can discuss details just to be sure. If you are getting delamination down the road I would assume there is either not enough pressure during clamping or it is not uniform enough, maybe some of both. You can call me at 207-725-0935SincerelyDarryl Keil: Daryl I have tried to make musical drum shells consisting of 8-10 : plys of veneer which are .027-.032 thick each and I seem to have : delamination problems down the road when pressure is exerted with : tensioning heads on the tops and bottoms of the shells. I have tried : many differnt clamping systems and have been successful with some and : not so successful with others. I try clamping the veneer around : a .060 thick rolled and welded steel cylinder and have used as I said : variuos types of clamping bands. Can this be done in one of you : vacuum systems successfully?: Thanks,: Jerry
