Hi, I need some help truing up my curved panels. I can trim thesides using the sides of the form with the trim bit, but the ends area different story. I watched the vidio "working in a vacuum" where itwas suggested that you use the table saw and angle the blade. However, the way that my table saw tilts leaves only a short space tobefore the end of the fence. I was wondering if anyone had any othersystems or jigs.ThanksRaif

Raif,If the table saw doesn't work for your sides I would trim them with a router. Clamp a straight edge board along the side of your curved panel with wedges underneath to get the right angle. Use a flush trim bit with the bearing on the top that will ride against your straight edge. I would rough cut the edge of your curved panel so the router bit does not have to remove too much.SincerelyDarryl Keil: Hi, I need some help truing up my curved panels.
