I am looking for a source or suggestions on what to use for core material on a bent laminated plywood desk top (bent from desk top to floor) with exposed edges and mahogany face veneer. Sources in Canada would be a big help.

Derek,What about 1/8" bending birch or bending poplar. You can usually get them from the local plywood supplier to cabinet shops. I dont think you will find any with a mahogany face but you can apply that yourself. They do make a 3/8" bending ply but since you want the edge to show Im not sure if this material would be appealing.SincerelyDarryl Keil: I am looking for a source or suggestions on what to use for core : material on a bent laminated plywood desk top (bent from desk top to : floor) with exposed edges and mahogany face veneer.
