Any thoughts on laminating veneers? I was wondering if you could simply glue all sheets (opposing faces that is) and vacuum press against curved form at once. Plan on using 4 sheets. Had planned on using Unibond800. Outer lams will be identical to each other, but vary in species, inner 2 will be mahogany. Grain orientation in same axis. Obviously will protect bag and form from glue squeezeout. Pointers?? Cautions?? THANKS!!

Tom,Since you have four veneers I would make the two center ones 90 degrees to the two outer ones. Better yet, would be to make your sandwich have five layers that way each layer could be 90 degrees to the next. This would be the most stable.SincerelyDarryl Keil: Any thoughts on laminating veneers?
