Subject : wrong color catalyst

I ordered light colored catalyst for tamo ash, and the maple I am going to 2 ply it to is even lighter, I screwed up. Can I add an analine dye to it the same color as I am going to apply to the finish. How is this achieved, do I just add some powder? Ought oh!

Mike,I would mix up the glue and then add the dye to that.
