Subject : How to cure Burl veneer

I'm asking for a friend of mine that doesn't have the internet.He has a piece of burr and he would like to resaw it to make veneer.He's wondering if there is anything special about curing it.Your help would be very appreciated since I haven't found anything on the subject on the internet.Thank you

Lucie,There really isnt any curing that you need to do. The burl just needs to be dry. If its wet, slice it extra thick ( about a 3/16" and then dry it down from there.
