Lucie,There really isnt any curing that you need to do. The burl just needs to be dry. If its wet, slice it extra thick ( about a 3/16" and then dry it down from there. When it is dry you can run it through a wide belt sander and bringing it down to 3/32" or less.SincerelyDarryl Keil: I'm asking for a friend of mine that doesn't have the internet.: He has a piece of burr and he would like to resaw it to make veneer.: He's wondering if there is anything special about curing it.: Your help would be very appreciated since I haven't found anything on : the subject on the internet.: Thank you
