Subject : bend hardwood - "springy" bendable hardwoods?

I am looking for someone to bend 13 inch long 1/4 inch thick, 1 inch wide slats of oak in roughly a horseshoe shape for an idea I am hoping to market. I need some prototypes, then will need I hope many more.

Does anyone know anyone who can do this kind of work?

Also, I need a hardwood that is fairly springy. Any ideas?
