I have contacted Vacu-Press on this problem a few days ago and have had no reply. The problem is, is when I first start the pump and draw a vacum it will only draw to 23hg and it is adjusted all the way up. It will slowly drop and not kick in again until 15hg and then run for only about 1-2 seconds and then quickly shut off at about 19-20hg and then start the process all over again. I have taken the filters off and the air lines and have blown compressed air back through and have no results. I have a very large lamination job comming up soon and need to take care of this problem. When purchasing my pump and bag Vacu-Press was very helpful, I hope this service will continue now that I have a problem.
