I find that in a small shop situation that the most difficult part of doing veneer work is jointing veneers before taping up to press. I have employed several different methods, each of which has limitations and drawbacks. I have been working on a design for a dedicated, router based veneer cutting station, but now I am seeing a veneer cutter that V.P.S. is offering. Can anyone tell me how this product works and how well it works? Is it a feasible system for straightlining an 8-10 foot length of veneer? Does it cut well across grain and at angles? Does it handle highly figured grain? Can I return it if dissatisfied? Any info would be helpful. Thank you, R.
