Subject : Quantity of curves

I need to make a quntity of 3/4" thick, full half circles of 7 3/4" outside dia and 10" deep. This is finished dim and I realize that after bagging 1/8" poplar or similar ( 6 layers!) I would have to do some serious trimming on the table saw with jigs. I don't want any voids in the material as these will be used for speaker boxes.The end result will be face veneered when attached to the cabinet.Can anyone think of some helpful ways of creating these?
