I’d make the case to the clients if it were me. If they do warp, even though probably not much, they are going to wanna hold you responsible. It’s not so much that they are painted both sides, it’s that one side has a glue line that the other side won’t have. As the glue dries the side with the glue line will shrink without another glue line on the other side to oppose it
