I am assuming you have a vinyl bag, if so it should go back to being flat the next time you press something in a different spot. If its 30mil polyurethane and it was just an average flat panel it should jump back to being flat right away with just a hint of what was pressed. No matter what, you really havent done damage to your bag its just not as pristine anymore. Will still function just fine.
