Subject : Unibond 800 as general purpose assembly glue

Lately, in addition to veneer work, I've been using Unibond 800 for complex glue ups. I mostly really like the extended working time, but also the relative ease of sliding joints together (that haven't swelled from water based glue). The one issue I've noted is that it is rather thin, and can drip out of vertically oriented joints fairly quickly. Is there a good way to thicken the glue, without reducing it's strength? Would Unibond blocker be good for this purpose? Or what about fillers typically used for epoxy, such as talc, or West Systems 403 or 404 fillers? Thanks for any advice on this, and/or I'm interested in hearing your experience on using Unibond 800 as an assembly glue.
